August 8, 2010 -Art Fun

Hunter is beginning to love finger painting, drawing, playing with play dough, and discovering things hands on. I love that he is getting into all of these things and we keep having fun together. A few weeks ago we made more homemade finger paint and Hunter really got into it this time.

The finger painting was followed by swimming so he could clean the paint off of his face.

We were playing with stickers one night and Patrick put one sticker on Hunter. Then he proceeded to put them all over Hunter. He thought that it was great.

Then this last week Hunter and I had a rainy day at home and I decided to make some homemade playdough.

Hunter had a blast. We made turtles, elephants, lions, and flowers. He liked rolling it out and cutting stars out with his little cookie cutters. At the end he pretended it was a baby and would rock it and put it to bed. We had a lot of fun together. I love watching him learn and play.
